Discover the art, the journey, and the passion behind every brushstroke...

Growing up in Nicaragua, I always resonated with art, finding it the perfect medium to translate my emotions and feelings onto a canvas or into objects. As a child, I was creative, curious, and imaginative—qualities that still define me today. You'd often find me building or creating something, always eager to bring my imagination to life, even if the outcome was unexpected. However, I also identify myself as a perfectionist. Learning to find the balance of being one and also being an artist has been challenging nonetheless, but I have managed to accept my flaws, go with the flow, and leave the eraser behind (unless extremely needed of course).

At 14, my family and I moved to California. It was a challenging transition, especially since we didn't know much English, but we persevered. After graduating high school, I chose to spend my first two years at a community college, saving up for a transfer to a larger university where I would continue pursuing my passion.

Deep inside I knew where I needed to go. A significant influence in my life has always been my grandmother, who raised me with love and shared her dreams with me. One of her dreams was to visit Rome, Italy, to see the Pope and admire the art. This dream stayed with me, and I decided to fulfill it for the both of us. In August 2022, I made that dream a reality, studying arts in the magical and eternal city of Rome. There, I met wonderful people, achieved goals I had only dreamt of before and not only grew as a person but also as an artist.

I worked and experimented with many mediums, such as oil, charcoal, pastels, pencil, acrylic, watercolor, ink, clay, mixed media, and many more to bring my visions to life. Learned various techniques and discovered new tools from talented people.

My journey with art is ongoing, and I am still painting my story. Thank you for visiting —I'm thrilled to share more with you and see where this path leads.
